Summer Programs in Air, Carpentry, & Electric 

Funded by a CTE grant from the Oregon Department of Education

Middle School Overview

  • Projects- Toolbox and birdhouse

  • Team Olympics- middle schoolers get a chance to team up with their peers and compete in the Team Olympics

  • Construction Industry Speaker Panel- learn about the many job positions in the construction industry.

  • Get free tools- students get a chance to learn how to use their tools and get to take them home.

  • Construction job site tour- students get a chance to tour a real construction.

  • Know the trades- once middle schoolers leave from our program they have a better understanding of the construction trades and other industrial trades.
